Payment
• Payment can be made online via the PayPal “Buy It Now” button, bank transfer (BAC's), credit or debit card in-store or over the telephone and cash in-store or on delivery.
• You don't need a PayPal account to pay in this way as they give you the option to use your credit/debit card without an account or you can sign up for a PayPal account if you so wish.
• When paying by Telephone you will need a current email address and contact phone number.
• To pay by telephone, call us on 01273 480866 and payment will be taken by card over the telephone.
Returns
• Showroom sales in person can be returned within 14 days.
• Online order customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time even if the goods aren’t faulty. Sales of this kind are known as ‘distance selling’.
• We will offer a refund to customers if they’ve told us within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the goods once they’ve told us.
• We must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. They don’t have to provide a reason.
• The above does not include items that have been altered in any way by yourself or someone else, including us after purchasing from the online store. We are NOT obliged to refund on altered items.
• Any item purchased via our online store and through our showroom are sold "as seen". Online listings will have a picture of the actual item listed for sale showing the condition of the item.
• By clicking the "buy it Now" button you are assumed to know the condition of the item you wish to purchase from the supplied pictures on our online store. If you have any questions prior to purchase, please call or email via our contact page.
• Items are sold "as seen" in the picture and we cannot accept returns if the item has been, deemed by us, to have been altered in any way from the image and description listed whether by us or another party.
• For any item purchased online that, you, the customer would like altered, ie dimensions, stripping, finishing (paint, wax, stain, varnish etc..), sanding, blocking or anything else that alters the item from the product description is deemed to be "altered" and "additional" work and this will be invoiced out separately to the item that you are purchasing through the online shop. See section 1 here.
• We can only refund on the additional work carried out by us if it is deemed that we have errored in the additional work carried out and not on the original purchase.
• We would only be liable for any additional work carried out by us, if applicable.
• Due to some of our items being of irregular/bespoke sizes or one-off pieces we cannot be held responsible for any wrong measurements on the customers part and cannot accept returns on the basis that the customer "measured wrongly". Please make sure that your measurements are correct before continuing to purchase an item.
• Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. This includes its dimensions at the point of sale.
• Please keep the receipt/invoice.
Distance Selling
• Any item purchased via our online store are sold "as seen" and this is classed as distance selling.
