Collections & Deliveries
· Door & furniture collection & re-delivery are a one off charge per batch collected dependant on area.
· We offer a collection and delivery service in the whole Sussex area every Friday and occasional Wednesdays.
· Charges are based on the area and distance traveled.
· Due to traffic and weather we may have to change these dates and times at short notice.
· If for any reason we fail to gain access for collection or delivery on an agreed date or time we reserve the right to impose an additional charge to cover our time and costs for making a return visit.
Please be advised that if you are having doors stripped then you will need to remove them from the frames, we can remove & re-hang for a £20.00 + vat charge per door if required, but we will need to know this in advance.
Any handles, hooks and finger plates need to be removed prior to collection.
If there is boarding covering one or both sides of your door then that will need to be removed also.
We will add a charge of £10.00 + vat per item to remove any of the above if they aren't removed by the time we collect. This also applies to any items being dropped to our workshop.
We also use a very reliable courier service for collections and deliveries outside of the Sussex area. Please call for further information or check out our Recommended Suppliers page.
